Soups and Salads

The refried and black beans are vegetarian - made without pork or lard. Our Lime rice is vegetarian, seasoned with ground annatto seed and fresh vegetables.  Lime is trans fat free. Our green chile starts with roasted green chilies, veggies, and spices. To make the chile rellenos, whole green chilies are roasted and peeled, then stuffed with Monterey jack cheese, breaded and fried to order. Our flour tortilla chips are cut by hand and fried in our kitchen so they are fresh and warm.
